put on it One

fist of bread or starches i.e.
rice or spaghetti, One
fist each of a vegetable or fruit to total 3 fists ,
the fist method would keep you from overloading your caloric
intake. The idea is that you eat three
fists of Vegetables or Fruits at Dinner, and Two
fists of Vegetables
or Fruits at Lunch: and
maybe even
two fists of fruits or Vegetables at
Breakfast. That
should keep you from filling up on junk!!! In any case the fist is a
great visual aid; you can use it for calculating cups of liquid and
canned goods as well. You do not have to be doing the math, counting
the calories, weighing the portions.
With
